Returns Policy (Clothing)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not refund for incorrect choice. Please contact us advising of your request to exchange goods and the item you would like to exchange it for. We will then contact you to make the necessary arrangements.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the date we receive your package to process your exchange request.

All returned merchandise must be unworn and must have its original tags attached, including price swing tags.

We will email you a receipt confirming the return / exchange as soon as it is processed. Your exchange goods will then be dispatched to you via Australia Post.

Australia Post Domestic
We have a flat rate of $7.99 AUD for Standard Post delivery anywhere in Australia regardless of quantity purchased. So if you buy 1 shirt or 20 shirts the delivery will be only $7.99
Please allow up to 7 business days until delivery.

Australia Post International
We ship to all countries by Air. For purchases of 1-4 items in one transaction the shipping will cost $12 AUD. If you wish to purchase more than 4 items in one transaction we can lower the shipping cost. Please contact us for more information.
